CONDITION: This volume is bound in tan cloth with midnight blue printing on the front board and spine. The binding is solid. The end papers are beautifully illustrated. There are no indications of ownership or use from previous owners on the 414 pages. The top edge of the pages is stained orange-rust. The page fore edges are somewhat roughly cut. The volume appearantly has been owned by someone who smokes and this odor is noticable if you flip the pages past your nose.
The dust jacket exhibits usual signs of wear to the corners of the boards, top and bottom of spine and other exterior edges. There is a 1" tear on the top front panel with no loss. Some slight handling dirt is noticable on the lower corners of the jacket. The largest condition flaw to the dust cover is considerable darkening of the spine due to smoke in the household. some wear, particularly at the top of the spine.
