John Heyl bought and sold fine, old, used records for decades. He also constructed models of vintage military aircraft from World War I and II. John passed away in September, 2011. He was dedicated to his customers and enjoyed nothing more than giving them a chance to experience his favorite Southern Jazz (which he called "Dixieland") and Blues artists. I consider myself privileged to have known John for several years. We celebrated his life and music in August, 2012, holding benefit for the Lakes Region Humane Society.
